A very convenient location and an inviting and pleasant atmosphere pervaded the space. The guesthouse had a very unique character. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed as well. Cleanliness and spaciousness were both present in the room.
Vintage aesthetics were awesome. Both check-in and check-out were done professionally and efficiently. Travelers on business and corporate trips will especially appreciate this service

What a beautiful place, location. We loved the room, and the huge bathroom, with the most amazing antique bath!! We will definately stay there again.

The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The rooms are clean and the WiFi is excellent, which makes working online a dream. Loadshedding is not an issue here as they have generators. Suppers are available by arrangement and is carefully prepared. I felt safe and taken care of.

We stayed for the night. Check in was easy and friendly. Safe parking on the premises. The property is well maintained and situated very central. It is in a boomed off area, so the surroundings are quite as there is limited traffic. The accommodation was lovely and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

I found 314 on Clark an exceptional good and outstanding guest house. Service and hospitality were great. An added comfort was hot drinks and even rusks and marshmallows available 24/7 in the lounge, and as a solo traveler, I could even order dinner at the guest house.

This is an amazing place to stay when in Pretoria. The room was very comfortable (albeit small) and the staff was kind and generous. They went above and beyond on every request I made. The grounds are very well kept and I felt very safe there. I highly recommend staying here.
